EV Lesson 3: An EV Challenge
Lesson Overview

In this lesson, students use all the information they’ve gained so far to design and implement a sustainable solution related to electric vehicles that will benefit their school campus and community. The lesson introduces students to a design-thinking process that can help them come up with effective ideas and strategies for addressing this challenge. The process includes an eco-audit, in which students conduct research in order to find out more about electric vehicle usage and attitudes toward EVs on campus and/or in the community. The lesson can be conducted as a short project or a more comprehensive capstone project.
